Inspirational Voices (2025)

A wonderfully raw and compelling YouTube series telling people’s inspirational stories!

We shot 6 interviews to create 6 separate YouTube films – each with a unique personal story.

We shot the series on my Sony FX9 Shooting Package, A7IV Mirrorless B Camera, my LED Lighting Kit and Sound Kit.

I wanted to create a really natural and elegant look to these films, letting the stories stand out from the visuals. Making use of a beautifully soft key light, with colour contrast in the backlight and kicker. We made use of two cameras to allow easy editing of some long interviews into compelling stories as well as adding interest.

Here is Paige’s story. Paige candidly takes you through her journey with horses, serious injury, mental health and chronic illness. She describes, in full detail, the moment that changed her life forever. She bravely shares her deepest thoughts throughout her gruelling recovery, the ongoing challenges she faces, and the many hurdles she has overcome since the accident.
